Las Vegas-April 20, 2015 (Day 2) continued...

I am all about the Night Life! Yes! I'm sorry it took so long to post this one up. I've been home from Vegas for about a week now and I miss it so much! VEGAS!!! But on this wonderful night we went to a night club in The Cosmopolitan. It's called Marquee. We got in for free because we know someone who could get us in guest list which was great! The clubs in Vegas are NOT cheap! We had an open bar where we got our drinks and of course we danced the night away. It was definitely a great way to end the night.

The club had an open patio where we can go out and get some fresh air.

The Cosmopolitan. It looks beautiful at night. The lights are amazing!

We got our armband so we can get our drinks.

They threw these out while we were dancing. I grabbed one so I can keep it as a souvenir.

Las Vegas-April 20, 2015 (Day 2)

It is Day 2 in Vegas! It is me and my girlfriend's 18th monthsary today! I am so glad we got to spend our special day here in Vegas. On this day we had to check in to our 2nd hotel which was the Excalibur. I didn't get to take a picture of the whole hotel but this is the view from our hotel room. It is so cool because it looks like a castle!

The weather was nice in Vegas. We didn't waste any time as we got on the strip to start our beautiful day together.

Twinning with our Nike Roshe.

Here we are standing in front of New York New York. We'll eventually visit New York one day!

Just us being silly going down the escalator!

There was so much to see on the strip. I love this city! I can't wait to go back already! Our day wasn't over yet because we did so much in the morning! I will be posting what we did at night on Day 2 tomorrow!

Las Vegas-April 19, 2015 (Day 1)

We're here! We landed in Las Vegas, Nevada at 3:20 pm. I am so happy to be here again! Hello Vegas! The weather was perfect and I couldn't wait to start the day.

I did not miss waiting for a taxi in the long line full of people.

We got to our hotel at Rio All Suites Hotel and Casinos. I really like the color of the hotel. It's unique and I could see it from miles away. All the rooms were a suite which means our room was going to be big! Not that it really matter because we were only going to stay there for a night.

Getting ready to head out!

Aloha! Our plan was this Aloha festival held at the Rio hotel. My girlfriend was really looking forward to this festival and I also wanted to see what it was about.

What could go wrong with food?. I finally tried the food my girlfriend grew up eating. It was so good. If only we could find food like this back at home. She would be so happy!

At the festival we got this done for us. It's so unique and amazing. I am so amazed by what they could do. I am really happy with the final product!

After a long day we came back to the hotel and relaxed for the rest of the day. Thank you for following us to Vegas! Day 2 will be up tomorrow!

I'm going to Vegas!

Hello everyone! I am super excited to announce that I will be going to Las Vegas! I'm heading to Vegas for the next couple of days and I can't wait to show you what I'm bringing and what I'm going to be doing there! I will try to update my day everyday. But for now, here's a pre Vegas preview.

I got this adorable bag from Target for $34.99. I just love the way it looks. When I look at it, I think of festivals. It's quite sturdy and it is spacious. The size is perfect and is good as a carry on bag. It also has a front pocket with a lacey design which makes this bag even cuter. It's also extra space to store smaller items. I just love it!

I'm not a fan of carrying big purses when I travel so I traded my Michael Kors for a small wristlet. I also got this from Target a couple of years back. It's small, cute and convenient especially to a place as crowded as Vegas. Oh and I can't  forget my Nine West shades!

I can't leave my place without my make-up and necessities! It's so hard to pack make-up. I always have to make the hardest decisions  on which ones I should bring and which ones to leave behind.

I loooooove these shoes. I got them from forever 21 for a pretty reasonable price. It's cute, comfy, and makes you look good ;)

I'm not a fan of waiting. But I'm super excited so I had a smile on the whole time. We waited 2 hours for our plane to arrive. We were schedule to depart at 2:18pm.

Our plane is here! I'll update my whereabouts tomorrow!

March Beauty Favorites!

March has come to an end for a while now and I am excited to share some of my beauty favorites for that month! I don't really like to switch around when it comes to beauty products but when I do like something I will get it! I have a lot of new beauty favorites lately and I just love trying new things. Let's start!

Foundation- Kat Von D's Lock-It Tattoo Foundation

Kat Von D's make-ups are just awesome. If you have not tried any of her beauty products I recommend going and testing her her make-up line. I wanted to try this foundation because I read a lot of good reviews on this product. I wanted a full coverage foundation that is lightweight and this amazing foundation absolutely worked for me. The coverage is really dense and can hide scars and blemishes so well. It is lightweight and leaves my face feeling flawless. It is also really easy to blend. The downside to this is that after applying this to my face I feel like it's quite sticky. It takes some time for the make-up to really settle onto my skin. But after that it feels as if I have no foundation on. I love foundation that makes me feel like I have nothing on my face. It's hard to find a good foundation so I was really glad this one worked for me. Although I love this product I will not be repurchasing after I'm done just because I'm always up to finding and trying new foundations.

Concealer- Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer

I'm always on the hunt for a magical concealer to hide the heavy bags underneath my eyes. The reviews for this product was very high and I decided to try it out. I love the coverage of this concealer. It hides well and blends easily. The only downside to this is the way they design the brush. It's the kind of brush that you have to apply directly onto your skin and I find that bad for your skin especially if you have blemishes. It's not very hygienic and can spread easily. With that being said, although it is an excellent concealer, I won't be repurchasing.

Eye shadow palette- Naked 3

I was quite stubborn and didn't want to jump on the Naked's palette just because a lot of people did. I wanted eye shadows that were pigmented and has good quality. I'm not going to lie I love urban decay's make-up but for some reason I didn't want to reach out for these palettes. I finally decided to get the Naked 3 and see what the hype was about. And I finally know what it was about. The eye shadows are absolutely amazing. It's pigmented and easy to apply. The colors are super gorgeous. I just love it! It comes with a double ended brush which I like very much. It's quite pricey but it is totally worth the money. It's going to last quite a long time too so that's a plus.

Eyebrows- Too Faced Brows Envy Palette

I have always used a brow pencil when it comes to my eyebrows. I've been liking the bold brows lately and I wanted something to make it look bolder. I've come across this eyebrows' palette months ago and I've been very fond of it. I use it over my eyebrows and then I add the brow pencil to darken it some more.  It comes with a spoolie and a brush. They are both very useful and I use it every day! I'm going to constantly use it until there is no more. I don't know if I will be repurchasing just because there's a ton of other brow products that I want to try. But, there is no doubt that this is definitely a favorite of mines.

Highlighter- Watts Up!

This is definitely an oldie but goodie. I got this as a birthday gift from Ulta a couple years back. It's a highlighter and I always use it for highlighting just beneath my brows. I love it! The highlighting is great and for a sample size it sure can last me for a long time! Benefit is definitely a good brand for me so I definitely want to repurchase when I finally use it up.

Mascara- Maybelline The Falsies Big Eyes Mascara

For someone who does not wear mascara often I'm quite surprised that I even have any mascara at all. This is also an oldie but goodie. There's nothing wrong with mascara but it is definitely one that I forget to put on. I've just been using it constantly last month and I love how it looks. I have short lashes and I find this product to help make it look longer. It has an upper brush for the upper lashes and a lower brush for your lower lashes. I like the lower brush because it brings out my lower lashes when I use it. It's not that great of a product but it's not bad either. It's very affordable and nothing can go wrong with mascara.

Skin Care Routine

Hello! It's a new month and it calls for skin care! How do you keep your face clean and fresh? There are so many skin care routines that people follow. I don't have the best skin. I've encountered some pimple/acne problems after hitting puberty. I thought I was never going to get rid of it. Fortunately, after my high school days were done they were finally gone. Not all of it. I was left with acne scars on my cheeks. It's really difficult trying to get rid of it. The only thing you can do is to take good care of your skin and make sure to prevent anymore from coming. Here are 3 of the products I use for my skin.

  • CLARISONIC MIA 2 (MY HOLY GRAIL)

I love my clarisonic to death! It is my holy grail. I would go crazy if I do not have it. It is an expensive product but it is worth every penny. If you want a soft and healthier skin then the clarisonic is the way to go. After taking off my make-up I pair my clarisonic with the Clarisonic Refreshing Gel Cleanser. It purifies and will brighten your face up. Your face will feel much smoother and clean. It's also easy to bring if you're traveling because it comes with a travel case. I don't know of anyone who don't love the clarisonic. It's just the perfect skin care brush to make your skin glow.
  • DIOR TONING LOTION WITH VELVET PEONY EXTRACT

For someone who was not into toners I came to love this product. I was on the hunt to look for a good toner after my face started to break out. I read review on toners and was hoping that I can find one to help out my skin. Of course I have my clarisonic but toners are design to help erase any stubborn excess make-up that couldn't come off. I looked up the Dior toner and the reviews for this product and they were pretty high. I decided to give it a shot and I have been loving it. I use this product after my clarisonic. I don't use it every night. I only use it on days that I have on heavy make-up and I feel like my face just isn't clean. The product isn't too harsh where it will burn your skin if you have sensitive skin. It's quite gentle and hydrating. I also love the smell of this amazing toner. After using this product I get ready to prep for my moisturizer.

  • NATURE REPUBLIC AQUA MOISTURIZER

This is my first korean skin product. I have heard many great things about Korea's beauty and cosmetics but I have not gotten the chance to try out a product until I met this awesome thing. It's packaged in a cute aqua colored jar. When you open the package up you'll see that it provides you a small spatula where you can dip it into the moisturizer instead of using your hands. I like the fact that it's looking out to better our hygiene. It's super moisturizing and will leave your face nourished and smooth all day. Ever since I got my hands on this product, I haven't been using any drugstore or high end products. I love it and I will continue to repurchase.
