MORPHE 350 PALETTE FIRST IMPRESSION!

Hi there! I have another first impression post!
Yes, I know I'm late but I really wanted to talk about this palette ever since I got my hands on it! This palette is sooooo GOOD! If you don't have it, I suggest you to stop reading this right now and go and get it! Well to be honest, this palette is sooooo good that it's always OUT OF STOCK! It does get restocked regularly but you have to be on top of it to get your hands on one! I finally understand why it's constantly out of stock and limited to one person per palette! Luckily, I was able to stop by the store and was able to get my hands on one right there and then. This palette is only $22.99 and it contains 35 pans of different colors! The pan size was bigger than I thought so it will take a long time to finish up! The colors are very pigmented and blends so smoothly! I have been using this palette so much! There's so many variety of looks I can create with this palette! I'm really amazed with the quality of this brand! It's the quality of a high end palette but with a very affordable price. Not only are the palettes good but Morphe is more well known for their high quality make up brushes as well! I own some brushes and it's very affordable with very good quality. I suggest all of you to visit their website www.morphebrushes.com and check out their products. You won't regret it! I wish they would open more stores though. The only store is in Burbank and it's too far for me :( Other than that, I LOVE this palette and I can't wait to continue using it.

YES! SWATCHES!

These swatches are some of the colors that I really like from the palette. I'm surprised most of the orange shadows are my favorites. Below is a look I created with this palette.

Lastly, here is a close up of the gorgeous colors! Excuse the mess on my palette. I have been using it a lot! Please do go and get your hands on one if you like the colors you see. Honestly, pictures does not do the actual product justice at all. The real thing looks so much better than any pictures you see online. If you get one, you will not regret it! And I suggest trying their other products. This brand is so well rounded. I am looking forward to trying so much more from Morphe!

Thank you for reading! Stay tune for more posts and more exciting news! :)

January Favorites!

Hi ladies!!!! Welcome to another favorites' post! :D OMG! I know I constantly repeat myself when it comes to a monthly favorite's post but why do these months fly by soooo fast!?!? Please tell me why?! Anyways, I didn't have a  lot of make-up favorites this month but more of the skin care products. I don't really talk about skin care products because I honestly never really cared for my face. I mean skin wise. Since it's a new year and a new me, I have definitely been wanting to take care of my face more. With that being said, lets gooo!

ORIGINS- Out of trouble 10 Minute Mask to Rescue Problem Skin

YES! This mask is everything right now! I don't know where this mask has been all my life! I have been using this mask religiously ever since I got it. I got it 2 weeks ago and I already see progress! Yes! Progress! I have used Origins' masks before and I have always been a fan of them. I don't know why I ever stop. This definitely has helped cleared my skin up a bit. It's not such a drastic change but seeing progress on my skin is definitely better than none. It has a mediciny smell and I can feel the cooling of it on my skin. I leave it on for 10 minutes and wash it off with a wet face cloth. I use it 2 or 3 times a week or just on places whenever I feel like a pimple or something is popping up on my face. This product definitely has a permanent spot in my skin regimen.

ORIGINS- GinZeng Refreshing Eye Cream

Speaking of loving Origins, here's an eye cream for ya! I have always been on the hunt for a good eye cream. I know that it's very hard to find a good eye cream that's going to completely make the dark circles or bags disappear. But I feel like this eye cream has definitely helped a little. Like I mentioned about the mask, it takes time for results to show so seeing a little progress is definitely a good sign. Applying this every night under my eyes has definitely helped my bags become smaller and less dark. I will definitely be continuing to use it to see the final results.

Nature Republic- Aqua Moisture Watery Toner

I have been using this toner every night and it has definitely helped my skin looking a little more flawless :p Even after using my clarisonic, this toner can still clean off the extra makeup that's lurking on my skin. I mean, that is the point of a toner but this combined with my moisturizer just makes my skin feel super clean and refreshed. And the pink makes the bottle super cute as well!

Too Faced- Born this Way Foundation

I have been dying to try this foundation ever since it came out! So many people were raving about this product so much that I was trying so hard to get my hands on it. After trying it out, I did not like it. I don't know why it wasn't working out for me. I paired it with the Too Faced HangoverRx primer and it was not a good combination for me. It felt so thick and I hate the feeling of makeup on my face. I love a lightweight foundation and for some reason I couldn't make it work. When I was about to give up on this foundation, I decided to use a different brush just to see if that was the reason for the dense application on my face and sure enough, the new brush made it glide on like no makeup was on my face. After that, I've continued to use it again and now its become a favorite.

NYX- Tinted Brow Mascara

I've been using this tinted brow for awhile now and I just keep forgetting to mention it sooooo, I've decided to include this in my January favorites! This tinted brow mascara is pretty good at taming the eyebrow hairs. After discovering brow gel, I can not do my eye brows without it! I really like this one because I love the wand. It's super tiny and can tame the edge of my brows. I used the Anastasia brow gel first which got me hooked on it to begin with but the wand was a little big and it was kind of messy. The Nyx brow mascara is a little harder to use because the product can also become messy but if you use a little at a time, the product will come out nicely. And the affordable price is always a plus ;)

Ardell Natural Lashes

For someone who did not like to use mascara or really cared for the eyelashes, these lashes are starting to grow on me. These ardell lashes are so natural looking that it looks like real lashes! Okay that's a little exaggerating but it really is so natural looking that it's the prefect lashes to wear out anywhere. I have been really into the false lashes lately and I can't wait to start venturing off to more bolder lashes.

Japonesque- Blending Brush

At first I thought this brush was too small to be any good but little did I know, the brush was actually the best blending brush I've used! Next to my real techniques one. My real techniques one was a little big so it was a little harder to blend since my eyes are smaller. But this one, the brush is perfect for blending. I especially like using this one on my crease. The bristles are soft and not too long making it really easy to use. The bristles are  a little dirty because I do use it everyday for my eyes :p
:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
This is all I have for my favorites post! Thank you for checking it out! If any of these products interests you then give it a try. These are all of my own opinions so some of the products I mention may work for me and not you. Overall, thank you again and I'll see you in my next post!

IPSY GENERATION BEAUTY EVENT MAKEUP HAUL

As you can probably guessed from my title, I went to the Generation Beauty event in LA! It felt so surreal that I was finally there! It really feels good to finally be at an event that I had always wanted to go! I got to see a lot of the Youtube stars that I admired. Even though I didn't get to meet them all. And, I also got a lot of amazing products that I hauled home :) Majority of the products that I am going to show are FREE! Well, technically, it's not really free because I did pay to go to the event but, it still does feel good to get to try out so many amazing products!

MAKE-UP PRODUCTS

As you can see, there are so many products! Many products are from brands that I have not heard of before but am really extremely excited to try! Honestly, this is more than a girl can have! There are products from Tarte, Smashbox, Ofra, Pacifica, Pixi, Laneige, City Color, Luxie, Milani, Gallany, NYX, Absolute New York, Pur Cosmetics, Jouer, Make-Up Forever, Essence, Too Faced, and Benefit. I might have forgotten some because there were so many vendors!

HAIR PRODUCTS

I never thought that I would ever have this many hair products but I am sooooo happy and soooooo excited to try! The products pictured includes Marc Anthony True Professionals, OGX, Ouai, Eva-nyc, eSalon, Nume, and Rock your hair. I am super excited to try the Ouai product because I have heard many people talking about the brand and how much they like it.

FACE PRODUCTS

And I got products for facial care from derma e, Laneige, belif, pur-lisse, and Pixi. I am also very excited to try these facial products because I have been really starting to care for my face recently and I am always hoping to find products that will work for my face.

And lastly, I did get a shirt and a makeup bag signed by the one and only Michelle Phan! I am so happy I got to meet her. She was definitely the first beauty guru that I watched on Youtube. She is definitely amazing and inspiring! She so modest and humble and she is so willing to help others reach for their dreams.

Lastly, I want to say that I am truly happy that I was able to attend this event. It has definitely inspired me even more to continue believing in myself and continue doing what I love! Thank you all so much for reading! Stay tune for the actual events in a later post! Thank you all!
